Here I was playing around with some fall colors in my altered book journal, I painted the background last week, added this tag I painted last year and some miscellaneous papers. I haven't decided if I am going to add something to the window or not. Then I added my trusty charcoal and oil pastel on the edges.
In this one I played with the same color scheme. There were images on this page which I painted over, one of them remains and I like the fact that you can't really see what is going on in the picture. Sometimes its fun to just play with color and paper.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite things I enjoy in your collages is when you take a picture from a magazine or photo and paint over it. I like how it looks and would never have thought of that.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pages. I love the colors. The waterfall is really cool looking next to the the colors, It looks almost like a brush stroke. Hope your writing is going well and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
