Thats great Kate. I would love to have a Dan Phillips home. I could live without a dishwasher easily. But..well, I'd have to move out of FL to live without A/C. Unfortunately there are only limited places one can build like this. Too many building codes and rules and regulations. Sad but true. Thanks for sharing.
